Full Service Property Management
For our clients who want complete property management, we offer our full-service program. This includes property maintenance, property presentation, tenant screening, leasing, rent collection and management, complete accounting service, monthly reporting, and evictions when necessary.

One Time Leasing Service
Many owners have the time and desire to manage their own properties, but would like help in finding qualified tenants. In our One Time service, we market your property, show and screen prospective tenants, present the application package to you for approval, prepare the lease, collect the deposit and first month’s rent, co-ordinate the move-in, and turn the property and funds over to you, the owner.
